1 –The fall and Halloween decorations are all over Western New York and now we will have the weather to match it. A cold front that moved across Western New York is bringing fall like weather across the 716 this week. Today we are looking at a mix of sun and clouds with a chance of pop up showers with a high of only 61. We could also see temperature dip into the 30s overnight which could bring the first frost of the season to our area. Temperature will remain in the 50s this week before we get a bit of a warm up heading into the Weekend.

2 –It was a tough weekend to be a Buffalo sports fan. The Buffalo Sabres lost both of their opening games over the weekend and the Bills lost a close one to Houston yesterday afternoon. Many fans think the Bills bungled the end of the game time management and Head Coach Sean McDermott said it was his fault. Many fans are calling for McDermott to be fired, but in my opinion, there is a better option. Hire a time management guru and let him guide McDermott during the game. McDermott is a good leader and I think he is the best option for the Bills as a head coach. The good news is the Bills are 3-2 and still atop of the AFC East and they will take on rival the New York Jets next Monday night.

A new computer weather model suggests that you will want to get your snow shovel out a lot earlier than normal. While rare, it had happened before where we have had snow before Halloween and it looks like that could happen again this year.
