The latest weather front that is sweeping across New York will be bring some very windy conditions across the state.

Parts of Western New York have already seen gusts this morning of over 30 miles per hour. Wind speeds could reach as much as 40 miles per hour as the day continues.

The windy conditions will move from West to East with the Eastern part of New York state getting the wind gusts later tonight and into Wednesday.

This front could also produce some light snow flurries over the next couple of days with an inch or two expected in parts of the state. The good news is that no lake-effect snow is expected in New York.
