Rehabilitation work will resume today on the Peace Bridge and the work will cause some lane reductions. Through May 15th, 2018 the Peace Bridge will be down to two lanes as the fall and winter cycle of the project continues. However, the lane reduction shouldn't add more traffic to crossing vehicles, booths on both sides of the border will be staffed as needed to accommodate the amount of traffic.

According to The Buffalo News, the project is set to be completed by Spring of 2019 and all three lanes will reopen for the summer months of 2018 as they were this summer.
