People had to adapt to work or school changes and changes in their everyday lives and some of these changes also made a major impact on their mental health.

To help people deal with the mental side of the pandemic, NY Project is hosting a group conversation open to anyone who wants to talk about their experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Crisis Counselors will lead “Pandomournium,” a group session for anyone who wants to talk, listen, or engage around their COVID-19 feelings. The event will take place over Zoom and will be held on June 9th at 4 pm.

During the online discussion, people will have a chance to open up about their feelings and thoughts and talk about the effect COVID-19 and the pandemic had on them and their lives.
