Sabres Still Have Hope
The weekend was a dreary one for Sabres fans hoping for one final push to get into the playoffs. Things looked great until Friday and Saturday came along and dealt the Sabres two losses. However, don't count them out yet.
I know that it seems like the easy thing to do to say that they're finished. They're sitting in 9th place right now in the Eastern Conference behind the Washington Capitals. The good news is that Washinton lost Monday night to The Tampa Bay Lightning. That's great news. There's still a chance. It certainly is a slim chance, but there's still a chance. They're just 2 points behind Washington with 3 games left to play.
