Scary Surveillance Video Shows Alleged Kidnapping in Progress [VIDEO]

A surveillance video caught an alleged kidnapper taking a four-year-old from a Southern California store while she was nearby her mother who was holding her sibling.

She was close enough to the door where someone grabbed the 4-year-old and ran. The mother along with other people inside the store ran after the kidnapper, 24-year-old Terry Ransom. After causing a scene, Ransom let her go, unhurt.

Police arrested Ransom and is now facing jail time.
