The nominees for the 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards have been announced.  We are proud to say that we were included once again in those nominations.  We are just as proud to say that the headliner for this year's WYRK Toyota Taste of Country received seven nominations!

Ashton Kutcher appeared Academy of Country Music Awards this past Sunday. Kutcher came out to present an award in old fashioned country attire, cowboy hat and did a rendition of George Strait ‘I Cross Your Heart’. It didn’t Justin Moore long to share  his opinion on Twitter.

The fans voted Taylor Swift Entertainer of the Year, but Miranda Lambert came away a big winner at this year's Academy of Country Music Awards, winning for Female Vocalist as well as Single, Song and Video of the Year for "The House That Built Me"...

The biggest stars in Hollywood and Nashville made the trip to the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas for the 2011 Academy of Country Music Awards. Among the many A-listers attending were Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland, 'Dancing With the Stars' beauty Julianne Hough and, of course, Entertainer of the Year winner Taylor Swift.

Miranda Lambert comes up big for the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards.  She has been nominated for a total of 7 awards, including Top Female Vocalist, Single & Song of the Year for “The House That Built Me”.  She has also been nominated for the grand daddy award, her first for Entertainer of the Year.

Once again this year, the ACM Awards will look to the fans to help choose the Top New Artist category winners for this year’s award show airing April 3 on CBS.  Fans can make their picks for Top New Solo Vocalist which include Eric Church, Easton Corbin and Randy Houser.  New Vocal Duo or Group including The Band Perry, The JaneDear Girls and Steel Magnolia.
