Thousands of smoke alarms are available to those in need

As of Sunday, people from Western New York are deploying with the Red Cross to help Hurricane Ida victims in Louisiana.

If you are able to give blood the American Red Cross because of what they are calling a "severe" blood shortage is asking you to donate now.

This year, the American Red Cross is pulling out all the stops to get people to donate blood. From free ice cream to a trip to the Super Bowl.

Donating blood could save someone's life. And the Red Cross says they are in need of one type in particular.

Unfortunately, there have been too many stories lately involving accidental drownings and pool season has just begun. With kids out of school for the summer and warmer weather here, pool safety is something that needs to be seriously addressed.
