Margot Robbie will star in the film.

Reese Witherspoon has begun development on a biopic of Ruth Handler, best known as the creator behind the Barbie doll.

Barbie commercials have been on the air for a long time.  This one might raise some eyebrows though because for the first time, it will feature a little boy playing with the new dolls along with the girls.
