It’s not even close to being the first time Rolling Stone magazine created a controversy with what they decided to use on the cover.

Less than three months since this photo was taken in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings, the man being carried in the photograph is walking again, despite losing both of his legs.

This is a story that has horrible timing.

On Monday, the Justice Department announced that it was charging Dzhokhar Tsarnaev with using a weapon of mass destruction that resulted in the deaths of three people at the Boston Marathon last week. If convicted he could face the death penalty or up to life in prison.

Investigators say that despite a serious throat wound that is preventing him to talk, surviving Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is beginning to respond to questions from interrogators.

This has been circling the internet this past weekend, and especially after the events in Boston this week, honestly, this makes a good point.
