A Buffalo-area priest will be inducted into the Wall of Honor at the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park on November 10th, nearly 75 years after he enlisted in the United States Army during World War II.  96-year old Msgr. Dino J. Lorenzetti served as a Staff Sergeant in Northern Africa and Italy from November, 1942 until he was honorably discharged in December, 1945.

He headed up the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park for nearly 25 years and I was honored to have officiated high school football games with him.  Colonel Patrick Cunningham was laid to rest this week at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.

Sail Away This Summer In Buffalo!
My mission this summer is to rediscover Buffalo. I realize that every summer I always have great intentions of going to all these fun events in Buffalo, and then never get to them.  Most of the time I didn't even realize they were happening until after they were over! So this year instead of all us missing out on the fun, I’m going find new and exciting events for us to check out!
