This looks like a real fun night for the whole family! Firefighters from all different towns in Western New York will compete in the Firematic Exhibition this Friday. Western New York’s Fastest Firefighters will compete in a thrilling spectacle of man, machine, and 'firematic' skill.

Today, a winner was announced in a contest that set out to re-imagine what could happen with it.

The quiet village stirred up some noise when they hosted "WNY's Fastest Rubik's Cubers". Yup, you heard right, the popular 80s game is still around believe it or not and apparently a world wide favorite for many.

Sometimes we need to kill time and sometimes we come up with really awesome ideas during that down time. Originally, we wanted to throw a paper airplane out the studio window to track wind patterns (that sounds important) but we didn't want to get in trouble...

Well this is just as entertaining to watch as I'm sure it is to be actually involved in the competition!
