Elsa

This is Peppa Lass  and she is a Nigerian Edward. Her owners say she loves dresses up and posing for the camera so they thought they would dress for the crowd and go 'Frozen'. So here she is as Elsa... Or... So this is a thing.... ...

We can finally 'report' that Elsa has finally been located and arrested. I don't know if this is going to be good news or bad news for you. I'm more surprise the Buffalo Police Department didn't think to fix the problem this way sooner--by going to the root of the problem and arresting the Snow Queen herself...

I don't think there is a more perfect name for a dog that shovels ice rinks than Elsa! Seriously, an awesome name for our frozen friend....

While some of the country ...*cough cough* us, is used to this weather... most of the country doesn't know how to handle a little cold and a dusting of snow. This is causing a lot of schools to close and parents scrambling to try and get this city back up and running and their kids back in school...
