Typically, when a headlining artist brings opening acts on a tour, he or she will give their opening acts and end-of-tour gift. We've seen cars, trucks or alcohol given to artists over the years, but this might be the strangest gift I've ever seen.

Eric Paslay's self-titled debut album finally hitting stores was a dream come true for the Texas native. He was so excited, in fact that he stopped by Walmart to pick up a copy, but the cashier didn't believe it was him!

‘Song About a Girl’ is the song that will take Eric Paslay’s career to new heights. Sure, ‘Friday Night’ was a No. 1 hit, but this edgy rocker is the one that will grab you by the ears like Grandma used to do.

The superstar lineup at the 2014 Taste of Country Music Festival just got bigger with the addition of Hank Williams. Jr. Eric Paslay, Leah Turner, the Cadillac Three and Jamie Lynn Spears have also been added to the June 13-15 camping and country music festival at Hunter Mountain.

Eric Paslay’s self-titled debut album is a songwriter’s album, but that doesn’t mean the redheaded singer sounds out of place fronting a full, ultra-modern production. Paslay dabbles with several different styles during the 11 tracks on ‘Eric Paslay.’

From songwriting to singing, Eric Paslay sure is making his mark on country radio/country music. You know him from his new #1 hit "Friday Night" that we play on WYRK, but you may also recognize songs he has written, like "Bare Foot Blue Jean Night", "Even If It Breaks Your Heart" and "Angel Eyes."
