Buffalo does not have any of these coming to town, but they're so cool and unique that we had to pass them along. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or just a fun night and don't mind a drive, these are some of the cool festivals that we've seen (and need to get to Buffalo ASAP)

When people say that there is nothing to do around Buffalo I can't help but think that it is not Buffalo that is boring--it's them. Western New York has so much to offer and in fact, we are home to some of the larges, unique and fun parties that are held all over the country...

It's a real thing!  This festival has been going on since 1972.  Ever heard of Hot Dog Day?  There is a bit of a drive involved but if you're looking for something to do this weekend, you might want to check it out.

There are a lot of food related things to do this Labor Day weekend around Western New York aside from your own family BBQ. Niagara Falls, NY and Old Falls Street will come alive with smells of over 25 restaurants during the Taste of Niagara Falls.

I know during the Halloween season sometimes there aren’t a lot of activities for the younger children to do.  It’s supposed to be a spooky time of the year but with little children you don’t really want to scare the silly out of them.  The next thing you know they are all stuffed in the bed up all night with you.  This holiday why not try some of these not so scary activities!
