“The scariest thing I’ve ever done", is how one SWAT team member described this wild situation at the Buffalo Zoo. A 400-pound gorilla escaped his cage and bit a zookeeper in the process at the Buffalo Zoo 10 years ago this month.

Zoo officials in Cincinnati say they acted out of concern for the safety of a four-year-old boy who fell into a gorilla enclosure.  An endangered 17-year-old lowland gorilla was shot and killed after spending about 10 minutes with the boy.

The Buffalo Zoo is asking the community for some help in naming the new baby gorilla. This cute little guy became a part of the Buffalo community on January 10th when his parents Koga and Sydney gave birth to what we now know is a baby boy...
