New York Governor Andrew Cuomo will be stepping down in just a couple of days. But before he goes, he will be granting clemency to a number of inmates.
Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul is slated to become New York’s 57th governor in less than two weeks following Governor Andrew Cuomo’s announcement that he is resigning from his office. Hochul, a Buffalo native, will make history as the first woman to ever hold the office in New York state.
It's safe to say that there are plenty of New Yorkers who would like the state to start opening businesses up again. The governor is hoping to do that safely too.
