Ice Bucket Challenge

Who would have thought he would have pulled through?! Ronnie Dunn said there is no way that George Strait would accept the challenge, but with the help of his wife, George Strait has complete the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

After being challenged by Reba McEntire and a close friend, it was time for Faith Hill to step up and complete her ice bucket challenge for ALS. Hill enlisted her hubby, Tim McGraw, to do the honors.

I was drinking my coffee when I was watching this and, honestly, didn't expect this to be funny. Laura Bush comes to aid our former President to dump the ice on his head and who would have thought that good ol George has some funny bones left in him...

Country's biggest stars have taken the challenge -- the Ice Bucket Challenge! It turns out, dumping a bucket (or many buckets) of freezing cold water on your noggin brings in lots of money for ALS, as millions of dollars have been raised since Blake Shelton and company started taking the plunge.

By now, everyone is familiar with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, where people heed the call to throw buckets of ice water on themselves to spread awareness of ALS and raise donations to support The ALS Association. Everyone, from your many Facebook friends to A-list celebs have been participating, but, for us, there's nothing like seeing the likes of Thor, Iron Man and Star-Lord step up to the plate.

Have you been nominated for the Ice Bucket Challenge yet?  I have been....twice.  I want to believe that most people have already done it.  As much as we might be getting tired of it, it is certainly bringing awareness and much needed funds to help in the fight against ALS.  But not everyone executes it flawlessly.

Reba McEntire has officially accepted her numerous challenges! The iconic singer got wet for the Ice Bucket Challenge, as did Canadian songstress, Shania Twain, making for two fun videos we never thought we'd see.

As great and well-intentioned as the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is, it doesn't truly hammer home the horror of Lou Gehrig's disease.
