The Sony/North Korean Hackers situation got people talking quite a bit this week.  So of course Saturday Night Live wanted to do a skit about it.  If you missed it this past weekend, Mike Myers brought back his character "Dr. Evil" from the Austin Powers movies to address the hackers and Sony directly.

So this is why we don't see Johnny Depp on stage very often (ever?) at awards shows. Last night at the Hollywood Film Awards, Depp introduced the documentary ‘Supermensch,’ about legendary talent manager Shep Gordon, and immediately made it pretty clear that he was not sober-minded. “That's the weirdest microphone I've ever seen in my life,” he slurs—except, you know, it's just a regular microphone.

When a story is released by the Associated Press, it is normally picked up by local TV news outlets and used during their newscasts. Sometimes the anchors will change the wording of the story to better fit their style of delivery. However, as Conan O'Brien discovered, there are times when they just go with what is sent to them.
