The Buffalo chapter of the World Naked Bike Ride has been rolling through the city for over a decade — but this year, it won't happen, and the reason is pretty sobering.

After she became uncooperative and after kicking officers, they carried the 33 year old to a different holding center, where she was than stripped out of her clothes.
