This video is pretty self explanatory, in order to get the most out of my cow purchase I also bought a vacuum sealer. However, the beef came already vacuum sealed which was both good and bad news for me. Now I have this vacuum sealer that I'm itching to use...

While some of the country ...*cough cough* us, is used to this weather... most of the country doesn't know how to handle a little cold and a dusting of snow. This is causing a lot of schools to close and parents scrambling to try and get this city back up and running and their kids back in school...
