Springville Griffith Institute

There's nothing more heart wrenching than to watch a soldier be reunited with their family after coming home. This one is from here in Western New York.

I am a sucker for the story of the underdog.  I just love the struggle that ends in victory.  It's a story that the Springville Football team has lived this year.  Today they are playing at Ralph Wilson stadium for the Class B championship and although the game hasn't even been played yet, these young men are winners already.

It's a tradition that has been going on for years at my alma mater.  It's called "Drive Your Tractor To School Day" and it took place today at Springville Griffith Institute.
