During the Country Music Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Wynonna Judd recounted her final moments with her mother, Naomi Judd.

Wynonna gave an emotional speech at the Country Music Hall of Fame Medallion Ceremony.

Her daughters broke the news in a statement.

"Twenty years, it's about damn time," Wynonna Judd said.

Today, Naomi Judd is one of the most highly regarded country singers of her generation. But before she and daughter Wynonna Judd released their successful debut EP, Wynonna & Naomi, in 1983, she struggled to pay the bills.

Wynonna Judd is appearing this Saturday night with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. I have met and interviewed Wynonna several times over the years. It's always a pleasure to speak with her because she is so down-to-earth and so real.  She's a beautiful woman, both inside and out.

When Wynonna Judd married Cactus Moser this month, her famous mother and sister weren’t in attendance. The singer now explains that was intentional. In an interview with Us Weekly, Judd admits her relationship with Naomi and Ashley Judd is strained, and that their presence would have made her nervous.
