Is there more to the latest tobacco ban in the Empire State that just the health of the general public

Governor Kathy Hochul's proposed ban on certain types of tobacco in New York State could prohibit the smoking of hookahs.

Today is the 41st annual Great American Smokeout – a one day campaign to motivate, encourage and support smokers in their efforts to quit.  The idea is to get them to quit for 24 hours to prove that they can do it.

Should this happen in Erie County as well? Easter Long Island officials in New York say that they have raised the age limit for purchasing tobacco products including, the current, wildly-populate e-cigarettes. Could the new age limit of 21be coming to Erie County soon...
