Check this out. Buddah, a 34 pound cat -- yes, 34 pounds is obese (no kidding, right?). Vets have been determined to help the cat before it dies from being too big, so they made him an underwater treadmill. Check this out.

Have you ever heard of the band OK Go? These guys are originally from Chicago and are now residing in Los Angeles. They even won a Grammy award in 2007 for Best Short-Form Music Video. Even if you don't like this song, you have to admit it is a pretty clever video concept...

I got a big kick out of Wendy's post from yesterday where a couple of cats were just mystified about what was going on with a treadmill.  They never did get the idea behind it....not that we could expect them to.

Over the last month and a half I have been on a health kick, vegetables, meats and water… boring right? I have had cravings for something sweet and I may have to make a stop this weekend.
