WYRK Winter Taste of Country

Here is a song that was sent to me by Joanna Smith. She played out Winter Taste of Country a few weeks back at Sheas and promised to send me a song about Texas. Being a big fan of Texas, I asked her if she had any music about the Lone Star State.  She delivered me this...

Before the WYRK Winter Taste of Country on Wednesday, we were having a little pre- show fun at Bijou Grille across the street from Sheas. I was asked to sing the one song I know how to sing, "The Fireman" by George Strait.

From now until WYRK’s Taste of Country this June, you can enter for a chance to own a pair of jeans worn by Toby Keith and signed by him and some of country music's hottest musicians, like Randy Houser and Josh Thompson.  Last night (November 28) at our Acoustic Winter Taste Of Country, Jerrod Niemann, Love & Theft and Joanna Smith added their signatures to Toby’s Jeans.

The big night is tonight! Not only is it the Winter TOC at Shea's, but we also unveil Toby Keith's Traveling Jeans! This is a promotion we are running to support cancer research at Roswell Park until the Taste Of Country 2013. Wendy Lynn got her hands on a pair of jeans worn/autographed by Toby Keith. They will make the rounds for almost a year around the globe and be given away in June!

Tonight (November 28th) is a big night in Buffalo.  WYRK is ready to bring you the Bryant & Stratton Winter Taste of Country show starring Jerrod Niemann, Love and Theft and Joanna Smith at Shea’s Performing Arts Center.  There are still good seats available so grab them now.

This Wednesday night November 28th, Jerrod Niemann, Love and Theft and Joanna Smith hit the stage at Shea's Performing Arts Center.  The WYRK, Bryant & Stratton College winter acoustic Concert is set for 7:30pm.

Love and Theft's 'Runnin' Out of Air' lyrics take a different spin from what fans are used to hearing from the duo. But the marriage of melody, music and lyrics were the perfect fit, which is why the pair decided to pick the tune as their latest single to hit country radio airwaves.

WYRK is excited to welcome Jerrod Niemann, Love and Theft and Joanna Smith on Wednesday, November 28, for the WYRK + Bryant & Stratton College Taste of Country Winter Acoustic Concert at Sheas Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m!

Jerrod Niemann is quite a busy guy.  Not only is he coming to Buffalo as part of the WYRK/Bryant & Stratton College Acoustic Winter Taste Of Country, Jerrod made an appearance yesterday on Marie Osmond's show "Marie"(Hallmark Channel) ....to promote his new single "Only God Could Love You More."

Wow...what a busy day -- and add to that a call from Lee Brice! He is trying to get his latest song, "Hard To Love," to be a number 1 hit! Plus, Lee revealed a new project idea he has with Winter TOC star Jerrod Niemann.
