Thomas Rhett Makes 11-Year Old Cancer Survivor Dream Come True At Darien Lake

Very few concert moments were as heartwarming and just flat out awesome as this moment on Friday night for the Thomas Rhett show at Darien Lake amphitheater.

Madison Muckle (11) of Albion went to the show on Friday after her mom surprised her with tickets on April 10th of this year...exactly eight years since she was diagnosed with cancer (acute lymphocytic leukemia).

Madison underwent treatment until 2013, over two years of battling cancer. She was officially a cancer survivor last April 10th, 2018.

She went to the concert with a homemade sign that read:

Look What God Gave Her

• Beat Cancer
• Thomas Rhett concert
• Selfie with Thomas Rhett

The only one not checked off was the selfie with Thomas but after he noticed Madison and her sign in the crowd, he brought her on stage and not only took a selfie with her but gave her a hug as well.

Thomas tweeted about the tear-jerking experience after the concert.
