The Idaho tourism bureau recently turned a 60-ton potato into a one bedroom hotel and is renting on Airbnb.

The Big Idaho Potato Hotel is fully-furnished with a queen bed and two armchairs. There is also a kitchenette and fireplace inside the potato.
