Buffalo Place Announces 2013 'Thursday At Canalside', 'Rocks Canalside' Summer Concert Lineups — Here's WYRK's Can't-Miss List

Canalside will be the place to be this summer! There will be 800 events going on over the course of these next few warm months -- including Buffalo Place's free Thursday at Canalside shows at weekend Rocks Canalside concerts.

Buffalo Place released the full lineup for their shows this afternoon, so without further ado, here's our list of shows you'll definitely want to be at!

When Does Buffalo's Downtown Market Open?

With Spring comes Buffalo’s Downtown Market along Main Street between Court & Church Streets in Buffalo. Local farmers will be lining the streets selling everything from fruits and vegetables to baked goods and Kettle corn. The Downtown Market is every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m beginning May 17th.

Buffalo's Christmas Tree Lights Go On Dec. 3rd

I love this country. I love that I am an American. And I love country music. The Dixie Chicks are both. Period. Now, you rarely hear of the Dixie Chicks anymore, it’s a shot in the dark to hear them on almost any country radio station in the country now a days yet, they ARE the top selling all female band of all time. You don’t hear of them anymore because of one comment made overseas during a concert, which, is probably the most controversial statement in country music. Scratch that--it IS the most controversial. But the Dixie Chicks are reinventing themselves and you just may hear them again. I’ll tell you the details on this project and my thoughts on their controversy.
