Buffalo Bills Player Orders 1,000 Bar-Bill Wings for the Team
The Buffalo Bills finished practice on Friday mostly healthy. Only two starters are questionable for Buffalo (Jordan Phillips and DaQuan Jones) and will get wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie back for Sunday's AFC Divisional Round game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals, on the other hand, will be without three starters on their offensive line; including both starting tackled: La'el Collins and Jonah Williams.
The Bills are still keeping themselves loose, which they normally do heading into a game.
One Bills player let fans know of what he and his teammate ordered for the entire team on Friday.
Bills starting left tackle Dion Dawkins told the media he and guard Greg Van Roten bough Bar-Bill Tavern wings for the entire team and staff.
Dawkins estimated 1,000 wings but it could have been even more, which lots of blue cheese and celery. It was put out on a ping-pong table.
I would love to know how that order went down. To say you need at least 1,000 wings. I'm sure Dawkins and Van Roten let Bar-Bill know ahead of time, so they could accomodate.
There is no greater bond between the community and a pro sports team, than the Bills and Western New York. It's always amazing to see first hand.
The Bills are looking to advance to the AFC Championship game on Sunday, which would be against either the Kansas City Chiefs or Jacksonville Jaguars.
This game on Sunday will be the Bills toughest test since the October game at Arrowhead Stadium and will be Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow's first ever game in Orchard Park.
