Aaron Rodgers Goes Out of Way to Mention Josh Allen TD Throw
The NFL quarterback carousel could be in full swing this off-season, as quite a few teams and quarterbacks have uncertain futures surrounding them.
Obviously, we know the Buffalo Bills are set for a while with Josh Allen at the helm. Allen is only 26 years old is likely looking at another decade as the Bills quarterback.
Future hall of fame and current Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is heading into an off-season where he doesn't know of he will be back in Green Bay, go to another team, or retire.
Rodgers was a guest on the Pat McAfee show and when McAfee asked Rodgers about his future, Rodgers was candid that he needs time and mentioned the possibility of returning to the Packers or another team.
McAfee also asked Rodgers if he thinks about his quick delivery or not? Rodgers says he doesn't really think about it but then out of his way to say how much he loves watch Josh Allen quarterback.
"There's a few great throwers of the football...and I love this kid so much. I just love watching Josh Allen play football. That's fun to watch, the way he plays.
McAfee asked about the touchdown throw on Sunday to Dawson Knox but Rodgers said the better one was off Allen's back foot to Gabe Davis in the end zone.
"To me it's the flat-footed in the pocket, throwing the ball to Gabe Davis. That to me was the best throw. He makes some really kind of, for him, normal plays, that most people can't do," said Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers saying that about Allen is about as cool as it gets.
We have become numb to the fact that Josh Allen makes these throws but the vast majority of people on earth cannot make.
