Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are subject to availability. Prize consists of up to $2,500 toward eligible tree removal services performed by AJ’s Tree Service at the winner’s qualifying residential property. The residential property where the services will be performed must be located within the City of Buffalo, Town of Amherst, Village of Williamsville, Town of Clarence, City of Batavia, or City of Lockport, New York. All services are subject to inspection, scheduling, site conditions, accessibility, permitting requirements, and final approval by AJ’s Tree Service. Any costs exceeding the $2,500 prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any unused portion of the $2,500 prize value has no cash value and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or paid to the winner.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and any other costs not expressly stated as included. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including the location and eligibility of the residential property where services are to be performed; disqualify any entrant who violates the Official Rules or tampers with the entry process; modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest; and award the prize in a manner deemed fair and lawful.
