Buffalo Bills 2026 Off Season Trade And Free Agency Tracker
Having a hard time keeping track of which players are still on the team and which ones have moved on? This list should help you.
Free agency has (kind of) begun in the NFL. Right now, they're in what they call the legal tampering period. It's a time when teams can legally speak with free agent players' agents. None of the agreements can become official though until the beginning of the league year which starts on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. So you'll hear that teams have agreed to sign someone, but it's not official until free agency actually begins.
The Bills have already lost some players in free agency
Free agency is one of the best and worst things for a fan to go through in the NFL. It's good for the players because this is the time when many of them get paid. This is when these ridiculous contracts get dished out. The bad thing is that some of your favorite players can suddenly leave. This year, that was the case for a couple of hometown favorites like backup quarterback Mitch Trubisky and fullback Reggie Gilliam.
The Bills did pick up and re-sign some players too
It's not all exit interviews for these guys. Some of them can re-sign with their teams. One of the most pressing deals to get done got done in the case of center Connor McGovern. He has been an anchor on that line, and it was good to see them find a way to bring 4/5 of the starters back.
They also picked up a cornerback from Atlanta in Dee Alford to help out the defense and re-signed Tyler Bass to a new contract.
Here are all of the players coming in, and the ones on their way out before the 2026 season.
