If you haven't caught the flu yet this season, there is a good chance you may feel it's affect before long. With the holidays here and family's gathering, the CDC says that flu cases will peak soon.

I have been fighting off some sort of cough and cold thing for a few weeks and it seems that many are also having the same issues.

Perhaps it's time for a flu shot? Well it may be too little, too late. According to a report filed by MetroSource News:

The flu shot isn't expected to be much help against this year's extremely nasty flu strain.

There are a few things to remember when this time of year rolls around. First and most importantly, wash your hands:

Washing your hands often will help protect you from germs.
