Cherry Picker Falls Onto 33 in Buffalo, Major Traffic Jam

The 33 is closed from downtown Buffalo to the site of the crash on the outbound 33. A manlift fell over after hitting an over pass and is now leaking fluid.

You cannot get on the 33 from downtown Buffalo. At the same time, a 4-alarm fire is going on at 745 Main Street, within walking distance of the 33. Traffic is very backed up downtown.
