One of the most popular restaurants in Buffalo has closed its doors and it was a spectacular last day for its customers.

According to their Facebook page, Compass Run has closed its doors for the final time in Buffalo. They were located on Seneca Street in the City of Buffalo. They used to be called Dobutsu, but recently switched the business to Compass Run.

They said "goodbye" to their customers this past weekend.

Compass Run was southern comfort cuisine, which served southern-minded dishes and some awesome seafood. They had dishes for the casual restaurant goer and the more pricey, fancy dishes for those looking for a nice night out.

Compass Run said it was goodbye but not forever. There's no word on what will happen in the future but they left the door open.

It's a sad day but hopefully they can come back with a new location in the future. It was a brilliant menu nobody else was doing in Buffalo.
