Fundraiser Set for Batavia Teen Killed Over the Weekend

A teen from Batavia was killed in a horrific crash over the weekend. 19-year-old Tori Nigro died Friday after she failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a tractor trailer on Wilkinson Road.

An online fundraiser has almost reached the goal set to help offset funeral costs. Tori Nigro was an employee at The Home Depot in Batavia.

According to the Go-Fund Me page:

On November 24th, Tori was taken to Heaven.  Please help her family through this difficult time, by donating what you can to help them pay for funeral expenses and anything they may need to get through this trying time.

WHAM reports that Genesee County deputies are investigating the cause of the crash.
