Gabriel Davis Will Be a Superstar, Says Former Bills Player on GMFB
We're less than four weeks away from the NFL Draft in Las Vegas and if you ask most Bills fans on which position the Bills should take in round one (25th overall), you'll probably get plenty of cornerback or wide receiver answers.
The Bills could use wide receiver help. Yes, they have Stefon Diggs and signed veteran Jamison Crowder; along with bringing back Isaiah McKenzie, but they also pass the ball more than any team in the NFL and need all the help they can get. It also would make long term sense.
But let's not forget about Gabriel Davis, who had a good season in 2021 and had a game for the ages against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Divisional Round.

Davis caught four touchdown passes, including a 75-yard bomb from Josh Allen. It was truly the first game the rest of the country took notice of Davis.
Davis is slotted to be WR2 in 2022 and should have career highs in receptions. Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver and current unrestricted free agent Emmanuel Sanders said on Good Morning Football on The NFL Network that he's been around guys like Demaryrius Thomas, Michael Thomas and Antonio Brown, and Sanders said he's on their level.
"He's going to be a superstar."
Davis is still a silent star around the NFL. Having Diggs on your team helps take away attention from defenses, but Davis is going to have a breakout year in 2022. The Bills wanted Davis in the 2020 NFL Draft. It looks like Brandon Beane and company were right.
