Hamburg Gaming Reopening Wednesday, With Restrictions
One of the areas most popular casinos is about to reopen this week. For those of us who live in the southtowns and enjoy some slots and watching football, this is good timing!
Hamburg Gaming, on the Fairgrounds in Hamburg, will reopen with new guidelines and restrictions this week. According to reports, state-operated casinos will welcome visitors back for the first time in months.
Like most everywhere these days, there will be health and safety precautions in effect such as capacity limits and masks will be mandatory. Casinos are also required to install new air filters to prevent the spread of germs.
This comes a few weeks after other non-state owned casinos reopened their doors. The NFL season kicks off this Thursday and it would be nice to watch the game and enjoy some slots at Hamburg Gaming. The Buffalo Bills home and season opener is this Sunday against the New York Jets. Although fans won't be allowed in the stadium, the area is buzzing with Bills pride this week.
As the fall begins and the first couple of days of school start to roll out, any return to some sort of normalcy is welcomed for sure. Even if it is a little at a time. My wife and I really enjoyed an evening at Hamburg Gaming prior to the COVID-19 closure and look forward to having more fun their soon!
