Hopefully you got out and about yesterday and enjoyed a brief shot of Spring, because things are going to change today and heading into the rest of the week. On top of windy and rainy conditions, we are looking at another shot of snow possible before the weekend.
Severe Weather Possible This Week In Western New York
Today, we are looking at scattered rain showers and gusty winds possible across Western New York. While it will be dry early, things will start to go downhill later today and into Wednesday.
There is an elevated risk of possible severe weather on Wednesday. We could see Thunderstorms that will move across the region, which could bring damaging rain and hail.
Snow Back In The Forecast For Western New York
If you liked the glimpse of Spring we had over the weekend, you are NOT going to like this. The long-range forecast is calling for snow showers for Western New York. We could see snow flurries for the morning commute on Thursday, before sunshine returns to the 716. Snow is back in the forecast for Friday night and into the weekend. While it looks like it won't be a shovelable amount of snow, you still will want to keep your snowbrush handy in your ride.

Saturday looks like it will be cold and sunny for most of the day, with snow showers moving back into the region on Saturday Night into Sunday morning.
Warmer weather is expected to be back in Western New York to kick off next week.
