Josh Allen’s Best Quote Ever Came After the Bills Win Over Dallas

The Buffalo Bills had arguably their best and most dominating win of the 2023 season on Sunday, defeating the Dallas Cowboys by a score of 31-10.

The 21-point win wasn't even as close as that, since the Cowboys added a late, garbage time touchdown with just over three minutes left in the game.

The Bills only passed the ball 14 times the entire game, as it will be remembered for the defense and the 179 yards rushing from James Cook. He also had over 40 yards receiving and got two touchdowns. The Bills as a team had the most rushing yards in a game in the Sean McDermott era, and the most since Christmas Eve in 2016.

The Cowboys were the top scoring offense in the NFL and everyone was worried about star linebacker/edge rusher Micah Parsons, who was held in check the entire game.

Bills quarterback Josh Allen had probably the best quote he's ever had postgame, or at least the funniest postgame quote since he arrived in Buffalo.

When asked about the Bills leaning run-heavy in the dominating win, Allen said.

"I feel like the kid who didn't do anything in the class project and still got an A."

Before the Cowboys final drive, both Allen and Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott didn't even have 100 yards passing. Nobody would have guessed that going in to this game.

Unfortunately for the Bills, outside of the Denver Broncos losing on Saturday, they got zero help from the out-of-town scoreboard.

They don't technically control their own destiny, as there is a way they can win out and still miss the playoffs, however, the chances of that are low since so many games would need to fall a certain way.

However, that means the Bills will have to win their final three games, which starts this Saturday against the Los Angeles Chargers. If the Bills win their next two games (Chargers, Patriots) and the Miami Dolphins lose one of their next two (Cowboys, Ravens), then the week 18 showdown between Buffalo and Miami will be for the AFC East.
