Clay’s Family Fun Tip: Jump Fest Returns to Buffalo on Memorial Day Weekend

If you're anything like our family, you're always searching for something new and exciting to do with the kids—especially something that burns off some of that endless energy and doesn’t cost a fortune. That’s why we’re excited to see Jump Fest making its return to Buffalo this year!

Jump  Air is setting up shop at Front Park again, bringing a field full of giant inflatables to town for four days only — May 23 through May 26. That’s Memorial Day weekend, which makes it the perfect time to plan a family day outside.

We went last time it was here and had an absolute blast. I’ve got four kids under the age of 8, so we’re always looking for activities that aren’t just kid-friendly, but actually designed for kids of different ages. What I really liked about Jump Fest is how they split up the sessions so that younger kids aren’t getting bowled over by the older ones. They’ve got something for everyone:

• Toddlers (3 and under) with a parent or caregiver
• Kids 7 and under with a parent or caregiver
•  Bigger kids (up to 15) with a parent or caregiver
• Teen sessions (16 and up)
• And even sessions just for adults 21 and over

If you haven’t seen these inflatables in person, they’re massive. Not your average bounce houses. We’re talking obstacle courses, slides, walls to climb—it’s a workout disguised as a good time. The kids were talking about it for days after, and let’s be honest, we slept real good that night too.

Another nice thing? It doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Tickets include the branded gripper socks you’ll need to wear while jumping, and once you're in, the whole experience is just plain fun. We’re already planning to go at least one or two days while it’s in town. It’s outdoors, it’s active, and it’s something we can all enjoy together. Hope to see you out there!
