One of our very own Western New York Taste of Country Risers has released her very first single!

We've been doing our Taste of Country Riser competition for a few years now and are proud to have been able to showcase some of the incredible talent in WNY.  We have so many talented musicians here. While you often have the chance to support them by going to bars and showing up to gigs, now, you've got the opportunity to support one of them in a different way.

We started the competition in 2017 and offered the opportunity to open up our huge Taste of Country show that we hold every June.  Our first TOC Riser was Eric Van Houten.  Since winning, he's moved to Nashville to pursue a career in country music and is having incredible success.  He's signed a publishing deal and is often seen working one of the many clubs there.

Kate Mallen was our second Riser.  She was the winner in 2018 and has since opened multiple shows for us.  We were very excited to see that she has released her very first single!

It's called "Keep On Loving You" and it's available just about anywhere that you stream music (Apple Music, Spotify, etc.). Check it out!

The next generation of country music talent will be on display again this weekend as the TOC Risers competition has it's finals.  The event will take place inside Stir at Seneca Niagara Casino on December 18th, 2021. Claudia Hoyser and Fuzzy and the Rustbelts will also perform. This is a 21 and up event.
