Lily's Pad Candy and Ice Cream just opened featuring freeze-dried candy on delicious ice cream and milkshakes.

If you've never had freeze-dried candy, you have to try it! It's hard to describe, but it's kind of a cheese-puff consistency. I dove into their Mud Puddle sundae, which features chocolate ice cream, Oreo pieces, cookie dough, hot fudge, whipped cream, cherry, and a freeze-dried gummy worm. It's the stuff dreams are made of.

They have several sundae and milkshake combinations (all with fun frog-themed names) and also invite you to make up your own combos with their 24 ice cream flavors.

Aside from the sweets, I really like that Lily's Pad and Lilypuffs are veteran-owned and committed to helping pet rescues. A portion of every sale from Lilypuffs goes to animal rescues, and Lily's Pad will host several rescue events throughout the summer.
