The TimesUnion in Albany said the decision was made this afternoon.

Robert F. Mujica Jr., the state's budget director, informed local leaders of a reopening "control room" of the governor's decision on Tuesday afternoon during a conference call.

Most local businesses were hoping to reopen on Tuesday here in Western New York, but now will have to wait for the Governor to give them the go ahead to reopen.

The State will made decisions on different businesses over the next several weeks.

WKBW also reported that there will be no Phase Five for the state.

There would not be a phase five, Hochul added. Instead, individual industries would get the green light to reopen after phase four has begun.

Currently the state has arts/entertainment/recreation and education as businesses that can reopen during Phase Four.
