There is an impressive amount of concerts coming to Western New York this summer and one of them will bring thousands of fans to downtown Buffalo!

The winter is beginning to fade away. In fact, the weather this past Tuesday was nearly perfect! With sunshine and a high in some places over 60 degrees, it felt more like May than March.

We are all feeling the impacts of cabin fever and are ready to get back to the concert venues!

The summer begins the weekend of June 21 and there is a great tradition to get it going!

The Toyota Taste of Country returns to Sahlen Field in Buffalo on June 20th with Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert and Sara Evans.

This show is a Western New York staple for live music and it brings over 25,000 fans to the city every year. I was looking back at some of the highlights of the show in the past and one of them featured the lead singer of the country band, Alabama.

Randy Owen was one of the opening acts and brought back a fan favorite. The song "Dixie Land Delight" really had the crowd going crazy and it was hard not to dance when the fiddle solo started!

This particular performance features Randy Owen, Wade Hayes, Megan Mullins! Wade Hayes had a few major hits on country radio in the 1990's and Megan Mullins may be one of the best fiddle players of all time!

The concert calendar is full for 2025 and I can't wait for more great moments like this one!
