Millions are making plans for New Year's Eve and New York State is one of the best places to be to ring in 2025! But looking back at 2024, there is one artist who has popped up at the bars across the Empire State.

2024 may go down as one of the best for concerts ever. From Buffalo, to Albany and New York City, there was no lack of great shows and live music. There was a concert for everyone in every genre!

But when you hit the local bar for a drink after work, or a club on the weekend, there is a good chance that you heard one song more than any other.

According to multiple reports, the end of the year results are in and there is one song that was played on Touchtunes jukeboxes over and over again.

Billboard.com reports, it was Shaboozey "Bar Song" that took the number one spot!

"Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” isn’t just one of the longest-running No. 1s of all time on the Billboard Hot 100; it was also the most-played song on TouchTunes jukeboxes for 2024, TouchTunes announced on Tuesday (Dec. 10)".

Here in Buffalo, New York, Shaboozey appeared at a concert in June and the song "Bar Song" was just taking off. In fact, Shaboozey played the song FOUR TIMES back-to-back in his set. It was a moment that people in Western New York mention all the time!

If you go to a bar for New Year's Eve, there is no doubt you will likely hear that song many times before the ball drops.
