This is sweet!

There is a bakery in Western New York who got a very last-minute request for 200 people because one celebrity was celebrating while they were here in Buffalo!

Parker McCollum, who opened up the George Strait concert at Highmark Stadium on Saturday night in Buffalo was celebrating his birthday which was the next day. The bakery, Ginger Snap, is a local favorite in Western New York, and they posted the email that came from the caterer:

We are searching last minute for a very special cake for George Strait on Saturday. We feed the artist backstage and need a specialty cake. No budget--definitely urgent. The cake for are looking for has the following parameters:

The request goes on to say that they want it to be a UNCRUSTABLE theme. If you are a parent, you know what they are talking about. They are those circular peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that the kids absolutely love. Actually, National Football League players love them, too. Did you know that most NFL teams will actually go through about 4,000 uncrustables every single week? Parker McCollum loves them, so the cake was PB and J themed, and it was so big it fed 200 people.

You can take a look at the video here. George Strait flew into Buffalo on Saturday afternoon, where the packed Highmark Stadium was ready for him. Chris Stapleton opened up the show along with Parker McCollum.

FAST FACT: The only person to play all 4 major venues in Western New York--the Bills Stadium, the Bisons Stadium, Darien Lake, and the Sabres arena is Tim McGraw.
