How many people will be able to go on the party deck?

There will be 62,000 seats in the stadium, but there is also going to be the general admission ticket where there are NO seats. If you get a ticket for the 'party deck', it is standing room only.

How can you get a ticket to the standing room only party deck?

The best way to secure a ticket is to be on the Buffalo Bills Priority list so that you can buy single game tickets to the standing room only zone. The standing room only areas will be both in the 100s section and 300 sections of the new Buffalo Bills stadium. The Buffalo Bills Experience website explains the way to get tickets if you DO NOT have a PSL:

Placing a deposit holds your place in line but does not guarantee that you will be offered the opportunity to purchase seats in the New Highmark Stadium before it opens in 2026. While all available Personal Seat Licenses are sold out, Priority List members receive first access to purchase PSLs when seats become available, first access to purchase single game standing room tickets, and a variety of other exclusive benefits.
