Referees Getting Suspended After Horrible Behavior by NFL
The National Football League seems like they are not messing around this year when it comes to inappropriate behavior during games. Fans were calling for the refs to get in trouble during the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots game.
Now, don't get it confused--the refs are not getting suspended for BAD CALLS. They are getting suspended for inappropriate behavior.
According the NFL insider Adam Schefter, there were 2 separate incidents where 2 different refs were suspended. Both were suspended for unprofessional conduct towards a player in two different games. Now, fans that were watching the New England Patriots game wanted something to happen to the ref after head coach Mike Vrabel was screaming at an official.
Fans were saying it was not THAT bad. After Vrabel went to confront the official, he ignored the Pats Head Coach. According to Yahoo Sports:
The New England Patriots coach lit up an official on the sideline late in the first half of their 29-26 win over the Buffalo Bills. It doesn't appear that Vrabel said much to the official in the moment at Highmark Stadium, though he clearly wasn't happy with the previous call on the field — which was a defensive holding call on Patriots cornerback Marcus Jones.
"That's a f***ing terrible f***ing call," Vrabel was spotted saying to the official.
The Buffalo Bills are taking on the Los Angeles Rams coming up on Monday Night Football. Now, the Buffalo Bills are finally, not the NFL favorite on the Power Rankings anymore. The ESPN NFL Power Rankings come out every Tuesday morning once Monday Night Football is over and the Buffalo Bills were knocked out of the top spot for the first time this season. Now, the top 4 in the Power Rankings are:
1. San Fran 49ers
2. Kansas City Chiefs
